How do customers pay for phone orders?
Customers can pay at pickup, or receive a secure text-to-pay link to pay by card on their own phone. The AI never asks for or handles card numbers.
What happens when the restaurant is closed?
HD Assistant knows your regular hours and scheduled closures. When you're closed it tells callers your hours and doesn't take orders, but can still answer menu and location questions.
Can callers order in languages other than English?
